GuardCam can track your phone movements, using GPS location and send updates to the server. By leaving the phone in the car you can track its location, if it's stolen, for example.

How phone location, tracking works?
For real time location tracking you have to activate, from the app settings, the Location Updates service. By checking this box, the phone will send location coordinates to the server. The app is design to send location updates every time when the phone detects a movement greater than 10 meters.

How can I see the map with of my phone location?
Easy, login to myguardcam.com, go to your Dashboard and then Phone Location. Here you'll see a map with your phone last location. Above the map you also have the Longitude and Latitude coordinates.
***Important: if the phone is moving you have to refresh the page to get a new update.

Because this is a free service, we can't show you continuous movement, you have to refresh the page. Right now, we have a limited number of location requests for our MapBox account.
